InHealth Endoscopy Regional Training Centre - South West
A further new addition to the UK endoscopy Training Landscape is InHealth's unit in Bristol (Prime Endoscopy Bristol) - Also part of our collaborative group. InHealth are the first independent sector provider to have applied for and been granted JAG/JETS 'Training Centre' status. They hope to deliver their first Basic Colonoscopy Course in December. InHealth are the leading provider of Trans-nasal Endoscopy in the UK and will also be running an 'Introduction to Trans-nasal Endoscopy' course. Find out more below.
South West Endoscopy Training Academy Advanced Lower GI Fellow.
To increase GI endoscopy training opportunities for the academy fellows, whilst still being able to access other speciality training. Employing trusts will be required to guarantee the availability of two endoscopy training lists per week! The fellowships are designed to enable gastroenterology trainees to have a defined period of training with a focus on increasing endoscopy experience and expertise. Great idea!
